This workshop is designed to provide an insight view in the field of eye-robotics to the students. All the concepts will be explained in detail with the Help of Theory and with Specially Designed Animations which would help the students to visualize things before actually practically working on it. This workshop will provide college students a base to Machine vision and Image Processing. They will learn the Automation technology and get better understanding and grip on its application. Students will be developing their own models by their own hands. These projects focus on the application and use of technology rather than their internal working so that a person can grasp the concepts well.

  •   -Introduction of Digital Image and Digital Image Processing.

  •   -Image Processing in Matlab

  •   -Reading and Writing Image Data

                
  •   -Displaying and Exploring Image

  •   -Image Manipulation

  •   -Threshold adjustment

  •   -Template matching

  •   -Shape Detection

  •   -Object Detection

  •   -Motion Detection

  •   -Video acquisition and Video Processing

  •   -Color recognition in Matlab(Red , Green and Blue)

  •   -Hardware interfacing

  •   -Accessing Parallel PORT & serial PORT using MATLAB

  •   -Gesture control Computer and windows application

    •   -Ball following Robot

    •   -Line following Robot

    •   -Distance Measuring using MATLAB

    All Teams will be provided a kit which will contain:

    •   -Mat-Lab Embedded kit (Development Board)

    •   -USB to Serial PORT

    •   -Web Camera (optional)

    •   -Motor Driver Kit

    •   -Motors and assembly

    •   -Robotics Kit (Wheel, chassis, screw )

    •   -Study Material (CD)

    •   -Certificate of participation (each participants )

     

    Workshop details :

    •   -Students need to register in a team of min. 2 and max. 4 students.

    •   -Workshop will be of 16 Hours (2 Days, 8 hrs each).
